To assist us in creating balanced and competitive teams, please provide detailed information on your registration form. If you are registering as part of a group or wish to be placed on a team with specific individuals, list their names on your registration form (note that while we will do our best to accommodate requests, placement is not guaranteed). Lastly, let us know if you prefer a competitive or social team environment to help us place you appropriately.
Preference is given to existing families so please register ASAP to ensure your player can be placed in a team for the Summer 2025/2026 Season.
Please note that BBA are enforcing rules relating to number of teams in divisions by clubs, which may impact the number of teams we are able to enter.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE 12 SEPTEMBER 2025. If you do not register by the closing date, we cannot guarantee you a spot with Aztecs.
Season fees for U8 - U18 players are $230.
Seniors teams are required to pay fees direct to BSL via TeamPay
Your registration cannot be finalised until payment is made, or committed, in full by using the available methods below:
- Payment in full via credit/debit card
- Setup a payment plan with a 25% deposit and balance payable by 31 October (end of grading period)
- A Get Active Kids Voucher (you must have the voucher number in order to redeem it)

Teams are selected based on information you supply in your registration form. Age group coordinators will contact you ASAP so stay tuned for more information.

- I have read and understood the Code of Conduct.
Full Details - I understand that I am required to register my player/s through Play HQ with the Bendigo Basketball Association (BBA) and pay the necessary BBA fee and insurance (if applicable).
- Payment of fees:
- I understand that fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
- Where fees cannot be paid by the due date, I will contact the club to discuss alternative payment options/setup a payment plan prior to 6th October 2025.
- If my player is choosing to play in two teams this season, I understand that I will be invoiced for 2 x game fees.
I will receive an additional invoice at a later date for the second lot of game fees.
